Rates and hire details
Everything we hire, what it costs, and what is on every job. Rates are per item for the whole hire period. Installation, dismantling, delivery and collection are added to these rates in the price panel, so the total it gives you is the number on the invoice.

Not one of those periods? Pick your own number of days in the price panel. You are charged whichever works out cheapest, so five days of fence panels is charged at the one week rate, and eight days as one week plus one day at the day rate.
These are not optional extras. They are already in the price you see, so the number on the screen is the number on the invoice.

Prices exclude VAT at 23%. A refundable deposit of 10% is taken once your dates are confirmed, and returned after collection.

You pick how long you need each product, either one of the hire periods or your own number of days. The price you see is the equipment hire, plus installation and dismantling at 15% each (minimum €200 per service), plus delivery and collection, charged by the load. Nothing else is added later.
€125 for each load out to site and €125 for each load back. We count the loads by the weight of the kit you have picked, so a big order shows more than one load and you can see it on the price before you book.
Any number of days you like, up to a month for fencing and up to a week for barriers. The periods listed on the site are the ones we price, and any other number of days is charged whichever way works out cheapest: the next period up or, for fencing, a week or two weeks plus a day or two at the day rate. So five days of fencing is charged at the one week rate, eight days as one week plus one day, and ten days at the two week rate. For a hire longer than that, ring us and we will price it with you.
No. Every price on the site excludes VAT at 23%, and the VAT is shown separately on the booking confirmation and the invoice.
There is no minimum number of panels or barriers. Because every hire includes delivery, installation, dismantling and collection, the smallest job we can book comes to about €650, whatever the kit itself costs.
Yes. We carry public liability insurance for installing and removing on site, and we will send confirmation of cover with the booking paperwork.
Greater Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. If you are just outside that, ring us, we will tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
Not usually. We need access and we need to know where the line goes. If the gate is locked or access is tight, have someone meet the driver and it will be quicker for everyone.
Bases sit on most flat surfaces. On soft ground, or anywhere exposed to wind, we add stabilisers and extra feet. Tell us about the ground when you book and we will bring what is needed.
Most jobs are set up in a few hours. We give you a time window the day before, and a very large job can take a full day.
Once we confirm your dates, we ask for a refundable deposit of 10% of the hire price. It is on top of the hire price and comes back to you after collection, less anything lost or damaged.
Tell us as early as you can and we will extend if the kit is free. Fencing that is not ready for collection runs on by another week. Barriers run on by another day or another week.
Ring us as early as you can and we will move them if the kit is free. Once a load is on the lorry for that day, that run still stands.
Once we have checked the kit is free, you have signed the booking terms and the deposit has been paid. Until then the dates are not held for you.
Our fencing and barriers are held for your dates alone, and once your booking is accepted we may turn away other customers who need the same kit. The waiver and booking terms come to you for signature. Your statutory rights are not affected.
